Returning and Refunding your Bitz..

We are happy to accept returns if the product is not right for you, please see the 'Returning Bitz' section for what we will accept.
We are happy to offer refunds on faulty or malfuctioning parts, please see the 'Refunding Bitz' section for more information.
Returning Bitz..

You can return any unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returns. You must provide us with the Tracking Number of the return.

Please allow 14 working days for the returned items cost to be refunded to your orignally payment method.
Refunding Bitz..

Once we receive and inspected your returned bitz through fault or malfunction we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 calendar days.

Please note that some products may take longer to process due to having Manufacturer warranty. Items with this have to be returned by us to the Manufacturer so the process time can be longer.
